Beauty in Boxes

Recently was i readying in a fashion magazine about the concept of the Birch Box. This is one of 2011 new web ideas in our beloved fashion branch. You pay 10 $ per month and therefore you will get every month a packet with up to 5 beauty product samples from high-end brands. Wow i thought, that is so tempting for every woman from 15 till 85. With shoedazzle.com and modcloth.com this completes the team of new and fancy ideas for a different view on beauty and fashion business. Now they launched a copy of this system in europe. Named glossybox.de for germany and glossybox.co.uk for the united kingdom. I was very tempted to subscibe the first day i saw the offer. As on birchbox.com you pay 10€ a month and get a nice little box with 4 or 5 beauty products every month that range from lip-gloss to face-moisturiser up to body lotion and hair-products. One may question why nobody came up with this idea earlier bacause  - to be honest -  which woman does not want to fill her bathroom board with a collection of expensive beauty products?. My problem is, that i have already found the products that fit my skinconditions and my taste perfect. It took so much time to find all what is good for me that i don´t want to change. In the last two years i  discovered finaly the beautifull cosmetic line of dr. hauschka. It was love at first sign and now that i found that product line  i am a loyal consumer. What should i do with a growing pile of cosmetics i´ll never use? But for those of us who can put nearly everything on their face without any consequence the glossybox idea is a great oportunity to play with new products and creams. 
And girls like me? Just don´t worry, we can spend our 10 € per month on glamya. Glamya.de is a very interesting concept: you upload a picture (with you) that you want to get refined, then you express your wishes (what you want to have done with the pic). On step 3 you select a budged. Starting with 5 € different professionals work on your picture and finaly you choose the version you like most. The more you spend the more variety you get.
