Eggs in olive oil - receipe

Here is a special recipe from the lovley blog "Oh Joy!" on how to make jummy eggs. All you need is one large egg, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.
1. In a small nonstick sauté pan, bring oil to a simmer over medium heat. As soon as you see the oil wrinkle in the pan, the egg is ready to be added.
2. Before putting the egg into the pan, crack the egg into a small bowl so that it can be easily transferred into the pan. Pour the egg out of the bowl and into the bath of olive oil.
3. Keeping the temperature at medium heat, slowly baste the egg with the olive oil (using a spoon) to help cook the egg white thoroughly. Now add salt and pepper.
4. Run a spoon or spatula around the edges of the egg to make sure it's not sticking to the pan. Then remove the egg from oil when it's cooked how you like it and serve immediately.

Chicken Mole Pizza Recipe
Makes 4 individually sized pizzas

You'll need:
- 4 pita bread or flatbreads of your choice (or you can use pre-made pizza dough divided into four pieces)
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 green peppers, sliced and sauteed until tender
- 1 red onion, sliced and sauteed until tender
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1-1/2 cups of tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 3.5 oz. bar dark chocolate, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Here's how:
1. To make the sauce: In a medium sauce pot, sauté garlic in olive oil until tender. Add cilantro and stir until wilted. Add tomato sauce and bring to simmer. Remove pot from heat and whisk in chopped chocolate. Set aside.
2. To make the pizzas, align pitas or dough on lined baking sheets. Top each one evenly with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, chicken, peppers and onions.
3. Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees until golden brown (or use the temperature provided on the package of your pre-bought dough), about 15-18 minutes.
4. Top with a poached egg and enjoy!

Saturday by Kate Spade

Saturday! No, this is not today but a new member of the fashion world, raised by Kate Spade. The new brand has launched past weekend and i´m sad that the first store is located in JAPAN and the others will be in the USA. What about europe? I am shuer there are as many Kate Spade fans in here as in overseas. But back to Saturday. Like Kate Spade New York, Saturday features bright colors, bold graphics and clean shapes – but for half the price, on average.  Most clothing items and shoes cost between $50 – $90, while handbags hover around $130. So i think that Kate Spade Saturday is aimed at a 20-35 age women who is looking for everyday wear.
One of the pices i would like to own is this fabulous canvas bag for about 160$. Its a small weekender bag but i love them on a daily base because i carry so much stuff with me, from water bottles, big agendas, books to extra socks and loads of tissues (it´s cold in germany, remember).$productMain$

02 - K-Town (Feat. N'Gotshima and Bebson) [DRC Music: Kinshasa One Two]

Very special sound but it gets in your legs and hips. And i´m not ashamed to admit that i came to notice this song because of the Top Gear Africa special.

Reality Show

There is this "Iwanttobeanalt" from the same fashionista that created "iwanttobeanraoitfeld". One of the latest posts is about how fashion translates from runway to the street. Basicly its about the editorial "Reality Show" by Emmanuelle Alt. Originally published in the August 2008 issue of Vogue Paris.
My favorites are of course the iconic chanel bag:

"D'un côté, les podiums, de l'autre, a rue. Échappée des défiles, la mode la plus pointue se retrouve dans la vraie vie comme chez elle.
On the one hand, the runways, on the other, the street. Escaping from the show, the most cutting edge fashion is found in real life like her home.
