Dressed in Music

I love music and fashion and i love to watch music videos that feature a hot or new styling. But there is something going on i don´t like t all. Have u recently watched top 40 music videos? As a woman i noticed with some disgust, that you can count the femail artists tht are dressed properly nearly on one hand. OK to be fair lets say two hands. The ones in the tight tiny little outifits on the other hand ar so many like Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce , Lady Gaga and i can go on all day. Why is it so comon to nearly show your birth chanel when u performe at tv... So now lets see the ones who have a proper sense for style. There is Adele of course - look at the picture above, isn´t she just beautifull?, Then Kelly Clarkson and Cher Lloyd. Have i missed someone, i don´t think so. Woman of the business, please cover up your back and try something new to promote you music. Now it might sound as if i´m an old lady with rigid maners. Thats not the cause. But this morning i watched MTV and i was ashamed. Ashamed to look at an music video! Thats why i wrote right now this post. I like the music, but if it goes from now on only like "show them all" there could be in the future as fsk 6 label (parental explanation needet) used extensively on mtv.

When i think further -  its not the dress, its the behaviour inside the clothes, the gesture and seductive dancing like in a lap-dance bar. A positive artist is Katy Perry, she dresses sexy but has this smile on her face and such a humorous way of acting. I like her style quite a lot when it comes to positive signals towards girls and young woman. "Last friday Night" made my day it was so funny!
